Raising Alphas was created to challenge the passive, follower-driven culture that weakens families and confuses young men. Our purpose is to:

Stephen Davis is a decorated U.S. Army veteran and former Orange County Fire Chief with more than 22 years of leadership in Fire and EMS. A lifelong public servant and disciplined entrepreneur, Stephen has built his life and career around service, integrity, and leadership.
Through thousands of emergency responses, years spent leading high-performance teams, and his transition into entrepreneurship, he has developed a signature leadership philosophy grounded in accountability, courage, and clarity.
Today, Stephen serves as the Director of Administration for Goliath Ventures and as co-founder of both Choice Press and The Raising Alphas Project. His work centers on helping families, authors, and business leaders grow through coaching, publishing, and leadership development.
Stephen is the creator of The Five Rung Ladder of Leadership, a practical and transformative framework for building high-performing teams and raising future leaders at home and in the workplace.
A published author and engaging speaker, Stephen shares hard-earned insights on leadership, legacy, and personal discipline. He lives in Central Florida with his wife, Veronika, and their two sons, Caiden and Kai — the inspiration behind the Raising Alphas mission.

Chris Delgado
Co-Founder
Chris Delgado is a father, coach, and community builder whose passion for leadership shaped the early mission of the Raising Alphas Project. With a strong background in coaching youth sports and developing young men through discipline, teamwork, and mentorship, Chris helped establish the foundational principles of the project: accountability, integrity, and the daily pursuit of excellence.
His dedication to fatherhood and his commitment to raising strong sons continue to influence the spirit of the Raising Alphas community.
David Panzik
Co-Founder
David Panzik is a husband, father, and lifelong athlete with a deep commitment to physical discipline, moral character, and family leadership. His belief that strength begins at home guided the early development of the Raising Alphas identity — a mindset that challenges families to build leaders through consistent action, high standards, and unwavering values.
David’s influence helped set the tone for Raising Alphas: disciplined living, strong families, and the courage to stand apart in a follower-driven world.
